A reputable company is looking to fill the position of a Utility Supervisor whose major duties will include:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in maintaining utility systems and stocks
- Supervise, monitor and compile reports
- Supervise personnel activities especially retail-related activities
- Perform quality inspection and update records of various departments
- Monitor all work-related reports within area of responsibility.
- Organize and maintain inventory of equipments, supplies etc
- Ensure proper documentation of operational activities.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment and inventory control
- Ability to monitor and maintain quality control standards
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Skilled in use of computers and related software applications.
- Records maintenance skills
- Physically fit, can work for extended hours
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
B.Sc/HND from an accredited institution in any field, preferably in science or social science related field. Candidate should have relevant experience directly related to duties and responsibilities specified, and must be resident in stated location.
