37M? You guys just throw exorbitant prices on properties like the properties are in New York or Los Angeles. In fact, piece of land is cheaper in Philadelphia, LA, NY and many part of US than this your 37M Naira land. What are the basic amenities available in this area? Happy sale though... |

FastShipping: Thank you for this observation, bro. This is Nigeria, where things work in very wierd ways. Actually, asking price for most real estate here is not justifiable. All it takes is for a few people with deep pockets to raise one or two structures in a certain location, and BOOM!, you see land owners tagging ridiculous prices to plots around there. I believe the reason for this anomaly is the wide disparity in income distribution. Very few middle class. So, its either land in certain locations are very cheap, or very expensive. |
