Let me address your points one by one

1.The deeper you go into science the more you find that religions have the most ridiculous concepts of god. The best belief of god one can have when going into science is the belief in a deistic non interfering god, thats the only belief that makes sense. The anthropomorphic personal god that most religions believe in is a joke and source of scorn in scientific circles.

2. I dont think all the people in the western world are atheists in fact the USA has a religious population percentage of 80%, but in the western world, the deeper you go into science the less likely the retention of your religious beliefs. Please help yourself and google religious belief amongst western scientists and see the discrepancy and diversion from mainstream percentages. The western world didnt unravel any mystery of god instead they unraveled natural phenomena that were usually ascribed to the interference of a deity and they have done it on a much larger scale than we have thats why they are less superstitious and more atheistic than us. But they are in no way totally free from the scourge of religion even though they are just a few decades away from total religious anninhilation.

3. You said science is physical and religion is metaphysical but you fail to understand one thing which is the fact that the metaphysical science paved way for the physical sciences. The physical sciences have replaced almost all branches of metaphysics. Philosophy led to logic and logic to mathematics etc. The only remaining discipline in metaphysics is philosophy, all the rest have been replaced by the physical observable sciences. Who uses metaphysics to cure diseases when you have modern medicine and biology, who uses metaphysics to predict famine and prosperity when you have modern day macroeconomics and microeconomics, who uses metaphysics to aid movement when you have newtonian physics/mechanics. Please tell me who depends on metaphysics. Its only religious people that cant see that metaphysics has evolved into a more advanced and productive specie which is modern science.

Science is a discipline that involves bringing hypothesis, testing with experiments, discarding the failed hypothesis and promoting the successful ones to scientific theories which have been proven to be very useful in making the world a better place with technology that we could only dream of a century ago. Everything is attainable to all men when they invest their time. Science wasnt created to disprove god but it accidentally stumbled upon facts that debunked ancient religious beliefs. Thats why many inventors of the middle ages were catholic priests, that was at the infancy of science when it had not yet debunked every claim in the holy books, unfortunately for religion, science has grown so much that it has debunked most religious claims using its sub fields like archaeology, chemistry, history, astronomy, physics etc and thats why you find a higher percentage of atheistic sciences now than in the middle ages.
Science can disprove god, you know why? Religions stupidly presented their facts in logical, theoretical, verifiable human language. If religions had stayed in the realm of meditation it would have been better for it, but due to their political power in ancient times they ventured into the real world. Now that science has grown, most of its outlandish claims like :

B. Demon theory of disease
C. End time predictions
E. Divine cause of weather
F. Divine supernatural power of believers

So in your mind there is no difference between a biology student and a cardiologist, no difference between a 100 level physics student and a career astrophysicist working for NASA, am also sure in your mind there is no difference between your friend that is a graduate of economics and a deputy governor in Nigeria's CBN, is there a difference between my sister that has a Bsc in accounting and a former registrar of ICAN, am sure there is no difference between a charge and bail lawyer and a SAN. My friend stop disgracing yourself, everyone might have some level of education but all levels of education are not the same.

Coming to religion, your basic knowledge of science that doesn't debunk the bible is nothing compared to that of an astrophysicist who is certain that the universe can't be 6000 years old, your basic knowledge of history is nothing compared to that of a career historian who can document the similarities between all world religions, your basic knowledge of geography is nothing compared to that an established geologist who knows the earth can't be 6000 years old and who also knows the earth is definitely spherical not flat like your bible says.

2. Theists contributed quite alright, they still contribute today but the world is moving away from long held dogmas and beliefs in religion. This shift is strongest amongst those that observe the world [ scientists] that's why there are more atheistic scientists. But you can't grasp that simple fact.

3. Your religious ideas are so weak that they are divided into 30000 denominations and over 100 world religions. No religious belief is strong enough to be seen as the only true one. Religious beliefs are so weak that they thrive on regions and childhood brainwashing to propagate themselves. That's why most religious people inherit the religions of their parents. Atheistic beliefs are much stronger and are grounded in real observable science, history and philosophy.

Please and pleases , Norway is not an atheistic society neither is Sweden . Norway is a Christian-dominant nation , the state church has now made a provision to leave the church yet over 4 million Norwegians opted to remain members . Most of the ones who left did so because they don't want to be taxed.

Take a look at France after its dechristainization during the French revolution , the number of atheists sky-rocketed , and France have been prosperous for years but currently only one-third of its population are atheists - a massive decline of atheism . There are numerous french Christians but they are not involved in organized religion , same with the Muslims and other religion's adherents . That's why France is considered as one the least religious countries . They are seen as irreligious or least religious because the citizens are not involved in organized religion not that they do not believe in God . Please and pleases . Norway is not an atheistic society neither is Sweden . Norway is a Christian-dominant nation , the state church has now made a provision to leave the church yet over 4 million Norwegians opted to remain members . The ones who left did so because they don't want to be taxed.

Let me explain , take at France after its dechristainization during the French revolution , the number of atheists sky-rocketed , and France have been prosperous for years but currently only one-third of its population are atheists . There are numerous french Christians but they are not involved in organized religion , same with the Muslims and other religion's adherents . That's why France is considered as one the least religious countries . They are seen as irreligious or least religious because the citizens are not involved in organized religion not that they do not believe in God . Same thing with Sweden and other countries like Netherlands and New Zealand where the irreligious are dominant .
