Secondly, on the issue of Lagos and Abuja they are both Federal cities as far as this country is concerned. The former was previously our capital and the latter our present capital city. So they were and are still being developed with Federal money. On the other hand, Lagos is the only viable State in Nigeria cos of all the infrastructural facilities it amassed over the years. These range from Seaports to the International Airport as well as all manner of industries both small, medium and large scale that are heavily concentrated on the city!
