ENUGU RANGERS vs FC IFEANYI UBA Few Months ago Enugu Rangers a Government owned club celebrated their League trophy with a charade of Motorcade as in the attached pics 1 and 2. Today FC IfeanyiUba a private owned club had its own Motorcade show to Celebrate their FA cup victory ✌. See the difference and see that our Government cannot perform above a determined Individual.
