I can still be in charge of the project working remotely using email, whatsApp or Skype. The application files will be available via online Team Foundation Server (TFS), GIT, google drive etc.

The key thing is getting the job done.

I guess, if he wanted remote (controlled) workers he would have gotten indians/chinese/philipinos.

In my experience, a Lead on a project cannot work remotely as this involves constantly meeting with the client. I will let you know if we have something suitable.

Not trying to make you change your mind. But since this is a web based accounting application a lead developer who understands accounting from double entry, journals, bank reconciliation, trial balace, balance sheet, cost accounting and taxation can do a better job remotely than someone there in person.

We don't do remote coding anymore. We have had too many issues with this. Thanks
