I made a trip with Peace Mass Transit from Abuja (Gwagwalada Park) on Monday 21st November 2016.

I am so sad and disappointed with the customer service at PMT, Gwagwalada park. Gross incompetence is being displayed by the personnel there. I booked and paid for a trip from Abuja to Port-harcourt on Saturday, 19th November 2016 ahead of Monday, 21st November 2016. I was assured that the departure time would be 07:30am. However, I was informed that I have to be in the park by 6:30 am in order to have my ticket changed ahead of departure.

On getting to Gwagwalada park by 6:30am, I was reassured that departure time remains 7:30am. However, departure was unnecessarily delayed. Each time I enquired, I was advised to exercise some patience. No reason was stated as to why departure was delayed. We eventually departed with six passengers by 10:04am which was late considering the distance to be covered. (Vehicle Plate #: AKL573YY; PMT 1000).

Just two hours into the journey, the driver stopped by a fast food outlet in Lokoja under the pretext that he wanted passengers to eat. I complained to him that it was too early for that but this fell on deaf ears.

At this fast food outlet, the driver colluded with some touts and picked up eight roadside passengers after delaying us for one hour. He picked up more roadside
passengers at Ubiaja (Edo state) and Onitsha after some that he picked up earlier had dropped off. While this was going on, I repeatedly sent messages to the phone number indicated on the feedback form but nobody called the driver to order.

On getting to Owerri by 08:30pm, he informed me that he was instructed to transfer me to a different vehicle going to P/H. Nobody told me about this in Gwagwalada park. This happens to be the most unprofessional and inept service I've ever experienced with a road transport company. I could never have expected all this from Peace Mass Transit until I witnessed it. I eventually arrive P/H by 11:20 pm. By this time it was too late to get a cab to my house. A friend volunteered to pick me up. I got home by midnight. Imagine how it could have turned out if I was going to P/H for the first time.

Peace mass transit should be boycotted massively considering there poor services, poor customer care, poorly trained drivers.
