Sex is a beautiful thing. But it can also be harmful, at least according to a new study revealing the most dangerous sexual position. No doubt, sex is the most fun and exciting past-time a couple can engage in. But just because it feels good does not necessarily mean there are no dangers involved.

A few sex acts have been known to cause really harmful injuries to either partners.

Woman on top: Having the woman on top during sex can feel really good, plus it gives her a chance to have some control and determine the rhythm. But if a woman on top decided to get too rigorous with the movement then you might have a problem. While she is on top, if she leans back too much, she might end up over-extending and stretching the penis shaft.

What to do: As a man, If you feel a tugging or a little crack near the base of your p3nis, then the angle is a little extreme. Have her re-adjust her position.


Lifting her while standing: In this position, the man bears all the weight of the woman while standing. He lifts her, facing him, with her legs wrapped around him, while holding both their weights. I am sure you can see how things can get a little dangerous. Not only is it likely for you both to lose your balance and fall down (causing serious injuries), the strain could get too much for the guy’s arms and back.

What to do: If you absolutely need to do this, be sure not to do it for any more than a few seconds at a time. When either of you starts feeling overwhelmed and shaky, then it is time to change tactics.
