I just got my first order ($12) on fiverr. The order was to be completed in 2 days.

I delivered it before the end of day 2 (last night) but fiverr is saying "your order will be marked as completed in 3 days".

What does this mean? The money has also not reflected in my account.

Unless the buyer clicks complete it will take 3 days to complete and an extra 14 days b4 it will reflect in your acct for withdrawal

Thanks for the reply. How much do I need to make before I can withdraw. Is there any mimimum limit?

You can withdraw any amount but the question is if the exchangers are willing to change it for you
