At least you should give people a fair sample of pricing so that they can adequately know how to contact you and budget their plans and money in your favour.

e.g Would a simple 60x120 plot mean i have to get 1000 blocks to fence the 4 corners or would i need less blocks and how much per block, labour, gate etc. When you factor all these with a sample and let people know, we can all adequately know what questions to ask you to patronize you.

This is the only way to distinguish yourself as a professional in this field

As Lawyer had rightly said at least you should be able to give at least simple explanation on hw many blocks, Cement, labour etc that would be required to put up a 60x120 this pieces of information would have invariably profer idea of the cost and enable your prospective client know what to budget for future patronage.
