(1) "To whom it may concern" was a report of an HIV positive patient made in 1995,when stigmatization was at d rooftop.Assuming it was to his employer,which isnt the casr here,how did d man get hold of d letter?
2 Where is the actual laboratory result of 1995 showing the man's HIV result came out positive because medical reports av been known to be forged.Infact,its rampart for those seeking redeployment during service.
My conclusion,the man was never trully tested positive or due to drugs he is on,his CD4 levels have so much improved to make detection,using the not too sophisticated equipment of 1995,not possible.
In sane climes,someone can be arrested for claiming a fake cure for ailments or due to deception,make a patient to abandon his/drugs.But here anything goes and supposedly educated people fall for scams like the above by T.B.

Impressionable people, plenty of impressionable people might get hurt or hurt many many others by spreading a deadly infectious disease .

This type of nonsense is peddled and sold in houses of fraud. It has no.place in an online medium that people take seriously.

In this age of information and enlightenment, I find it hard to believe that dangerous frauds perpetuated by merchants of Stone-age Bullshytes would be casually promoted on the front page of Nairaland forum.

Besides the usual comedy relief from these clowns, this particular one poses a very great public HEALTH HAZARD for tens of millions of ignorant, semi-primitive people.
