How To Organize Your Day by yheinkhar(m): 1:22pm On Dec 12, 2016
We all feel the need to get more organized. No
matter how organized you can be used will still
feel you can improve. Mostly organized people feel
they are not organized.
The best time to organize your day is to start a
night before. The thought you invest in planning
your day before you begin, the more important
things you will do and faster u will get them done
once you get started. This principle can all work
together or separately. It all depends on you to
apply them which ever way it suits you. This are
the principles below :

1. Make a list: Make a list of all you want to do,
where you want to go and everything you think
you will do or attend to. It could be a book you like to read, a n event you want to attend,e.t.c. Make this list of everything you have to do for the coming day.

2. Think on paper : Always think on paper. This
simply means writing down everything you need to do on paper. Many a times when we intend to do something and we forget because it is not written. When you write things down you cement it, it becomes a tangible idea, we give it life so if you go through your writing you get information on all you have to do.

3. Set priorities : out of all the list of things you
wrote down, now look at them and ask yourself
this question. Which one, out of the tasks or items, when done well, give you satisfaction or
fulfillment. Mark that task or item on your list. Ask yourself that question 3 more time and note the answer in your list. These are your priorities.

4. Set prosperity : When you set priorities, you also set prosperities. Other tasks or items on our list which are not starred or marked are your
prosperities which you can either cancel totally or delegate them to other people.

5. Use the ABCDE method : Make a list of
everything you have to do, then place the alphabet next to each items on the list before you begin the first task.
A item - This is the "very important item, a must do" for you. If more than one, put numbers in front according to their importance e.g A1, A2.
B item - This is "should do" task, they come after you have finished your A items.
C item - This is "nice to do" task.
D item - This is a task you can "delegate".
E item - This is you can totally eliminate.

6. Always work from a list : When something new comes up add it to the list before doing it. There are so many external influence that will want to stop you from going through with your list. When anything new comes up, add it to the list, ponder upon it and give it the level of importance it deserves.

7. Motivates yourself to action : You have to
overcome inertia in our life. Don't wait for anybody to come and motivate you because you may wait forever. So motivate yourself to take action on your most important item on your list and keep at it until it's completely done.
