So if these ones who are successful with thier slimming down process can give some info even if it cost money, many girls would patronize. There shouldnt be politics in this matter

Simple eat healthy (cut down on fat, carbs & processed food. Increase protein intake (plant protein), fruits and vegetables, dnt eat late, drink a lot of water, follow an exercise regimen strictly. In 6 months-1 yr. U wld c d difference. Any oda way is bound 2 hv a detrimental effect on d health of D individual.

Errm, so false! A lady that big needs at least a year of work before she can get down to that size... even if she does all the weight loss surgeries from a liposuction, gatric bypass, gastric band, gastrectomy... it ain't possible. That's obviously a very different bride!

You don't need a yr for that you can get it done within 6mnths

weight loss is actually possible if a strict program is implemented and followed to the letter.

Not within that short period of time will she achieve this weight lost Mr man,these are two different couples,even a blind man can smell it.
