There's this rash that comes and goes on my skin.. first of all i thought it was a normal heat rash.. It appears on the two sides of my neck and in the elbow pit of both of my arms.... I've tried everything i can Bt it doesn't work..... it comes and goes only in these areas and it itches me most times especially during heat... Pls doctors or dermatologists in the house. What can I do to get rid of it |
