Job Title: Relationship Officer/ Engagement Manager

Job Description
1. Responsible for the creation and successful delivery of innovative projects with the Company’s clients;
2. Work with the dedicated sales team to identify and shape opportunities;
3. Win the trust and build relationships with senior client and partner executives (up to Director level);
4. Motivate and lead project/programme teams made up of diverse resources;
5. Take ownership of successful delivery;
6. Play a significant part in shaping and driving the Company’sservice offerings and strategy;
7. Help the management team identify:
(a) How the Company’s clients can use innovative solutions to deliver their business strategy?;
(b) How projects can be shaped and delivered to meet the challenges;
(c) The right balance of Scope, Resources and Timetable for projects; and
(d) How the clients, the Company and partner teams will work.
