I dont think McCain got a chance to defeat Hillary. But he might make an impression but not an upset. Not a chance because of the war in Iraq and the way Bush is carrying on by increasing the number of troops in Iraq. American if u listen to them and their body language is fed up with republican party for now. They want a new direction and Republicans are not offering it.

In my opinion, America is not ready for a female President. I hope the democrats don't

The fate of Hillary depends on how the surge in Iraq plays out. If all goes well, Sen Mccain will claim he supported troop increase from day one otherwise, the repulicans will be doomed. However should the Dems nominate Mrs Clinton, the repulicans will feature Condi as vice to Mccain and Hillary will be forced to take Obama as vice.

if they choose Mcain and Condi, that will be a strategic move. But the koko of the matter is normally the head--President. That will go a longer way in deciding who wins. At this time u need to understand the body language of an average American. They dont want anything associated with war at this moment. So anythin that will give them that is want they will go for. That is why i said hillary has a brighter chance.
