Dr. Carl Oshodi, a Nigerian has won a nomination to contest as the chairperson of the African Youth Commission in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on the 24th January, 2017. He is among several contestants from other African countries to vie for the number one youth position in the continent. All Nigerian youths are expected to support his candidacy in ensuring that Nigeria clings that position. The Federal Government of Nigeria is also expected to throw its weight behind this.
