What I've learn in the course of life is that "An idle hand is the devil's workshop" addictions can be easily cured when you get busy and find joy/pleasure in other things.

I have few friends. they are far from me. but I have plenty acquaintances. at my work place and house. and about girlfriend, no. I don't have.

You can also ask for sertraline/zoloft or amitriptyline
