Not all NA in NE have camo on. The AHQSG MRAPS don't have camo on. Moreover that's a caprivi MRAP. Most MRAP in NE are mostly Reva or Bigfoot.

If you had read the story instead of just reading the headline and looking at the photo, you would have noticed that this happened during a shoot out. Meaning it was kill or be killed for the soldiers involved.
