Have viewed it, looks decent and kool, lastly:how close is it to the city and how constant is the light as well as what is the source of water, is it constant as well?

It's in Wuye, behind Family worship centre. That's like 3mins from Berger which is considered centre of town.

This building looks nice, but it seems OVERPRICED for Jabi when compared to similar buildings in Jabi as well.
