Happy new year all.

Every new day is filled with opportunities and the best way to make the best out of it is to plan ahead and then work towards it, same applies to New year, don't just make new year resolutions, work towards it.

Am all about investment ideas, and this year I want us to look at something that could benefit not just us but the society.

Am talking about creating wealth(not money). Capital(money)  is an issue in this country so why don't  we look for other capitals like (technical know how).

We will look at business ideas that need little or no capital(money).


Now have this at the back of your mind, every business needs capital, the capital could be in form of money, land, Skills etc but you must bring something to the table, so if you are unemployed and looking for a way out or you wish to be your own boss you may want to stay here.

Please forget about the ones that work in bank, and co, am talking about people that just help companies promote their business either by getting them clients, leads or helping them close deals. You can make a lot from this without any monetary capital if you know your onions, the beautiful thing about this is that you work at your own pace, you determine what you earn, and you earn according to your efforts and result. Most freelance agents work for many companies at the same time. For example I have a friend who was laid off from the bank, so he approached an insurance firm and agreed to be their agent and his pay was dependant on the features of whatever product he sold for them he did a certificate program as an insurance broker which gave him the edge, right now he makes more money than when he was working, all he did was to reach out to most of his former customers who didn’t understand the importance of insurance ,he explained it to them and the bought the product which suited them and the insurance firm paid him. This is not only limited to insurance firms, a lot of companies are ready to pay you if you could help promote in several way, either through helping them get contracts or be an intermediary.
