The man in the video was alleged to have been beaten by three soldiers who dragged him out of one of the commercial banks at Ogoja Road Abakaliki.
He was beaten and left for death, but unfortunately for the three men, the SARS responded to the distress call and apprehended the men in their red car and were escorted to the Abakaliki Police Headquaters.
This is a clash of two regular situations in Abakaliki which are ; SARS instant response to distress call no matter the time of the day which has made the city one of the safest in the country and the second regular incident being the incessant clash of the soldiers from Nkwagu Baracks and civilians in Abakaliki.
It’s important that the authority concern intimate the soldiers with the proper situation and behavior in a non combat zone.
