GEJ did a $415 million CCTV camera project in Abuja but it didn't capture any picture and the project was more than 90% paid for. Money has gone into pockets. ..CCTV cameras we don't have. How will a country waste about $400million and much more on other phantom projects and not have recession? Wailers think we have memory loss?

Was the project not Obasanjo project?... LASG had a CCTV project then as well. LASG own project was a colossal failure cos the audacity which tout snatch valuables under the watchful eyes of security officials is quite frightening.

Give us a link where Obasanjo awarded the CCTV contract. Mind you Lagos State still have so many CCTV system functioning
