Good day, pls can someone help me out on this, i made some effort to withdraw from thinking bad about people, having feelings for woman. Now, everything does not attract my attention even those things i like doing before, as if i have lost my emotion. I am someone who used to be too emotional, it happens like 3 weeks ago, as if i am isolated, i used to feel extremely affected when am hungry but now, even if i am famished, i will jxt feel the pain small, even if i got annoyed by someone, i dont feel pain anymore unlike before, to the extent that if i saw frighten things i will feel nothing as against how i feel before, i have been to the health centre of our school, they seems not to understand me, 3weeks ago, i noticed i didnt have a refreshing sleep, that whenever i woke up in the morning it will be as if i had not sleep at all. Bt 3 days ago i took a drug that made the situation to improve but how i feel does not improve, as if i dont have any emotion, it is affecting my academics, and every part of my life, social , religion and the likes, i dont feel fulfil again pls someone should come to my aid. |

Its depression oh. Low mood, insomnia, fluctuations in appetite, pessimism, feelings of helplessness or hopelessness etc. Try and read up on depression so you can nip it in the bud quickly before it gets worse oh. Most people are getting depressed nowadays, probably caused by recession. |

It's depression I believe. Now, a number of things could cause this. It's advisable to seek medical attention but you could ask yourself these questions first. What used to make me happy? - music, helping people, thoughts of achieving great feat in life, relationship with people etc. Are you broke and feel all hope is lost? Is there any misunderstanding between you and someone you have an emotional connection with? In a nut shell, search inwards and look deeper When you finally get the things that make you happy, spend time doing them. The effects Will start telling on you soon if you do not work on it..... |
