Ignore it for your own good. It's all crap. It comes in different forms. Some will tell you University of South Wales, others will tell you University of Nicosa. Both coming with the so-called UNICAF scholarship. Don't waste your 'matter.' By matter, I mean energy, money and time. I can bet you got the email even without applying.
