At least, they now know that online news will always remain free of charge.
Good for them.

Funny to have them charge users when the same news can be got free from several websites. But perhaps in future the sites might form a union and present a common front. Gbam!

Apparently the Austro-Anglo-American Billonaire media tycoon Rupert Muddoch is hearding in exactly that direction
He wants free news stopped. He has been soliciting co-operation from his media allies to actualize this
Search engines starting with google will be blocked from assessing their news contents
So the battle may have been won with Nigerian punch but the war of global free press just started

I noticed this yesterday too. I think after they lost their readers and people were not willing to pay, they decided to make it FREE again.

Lemme go and check it out then, i guess they lost traffic to the site and that made them to wake up to digital age.
