A spiral spring was displaced 5cm vertically down when a load of 25N was attached to it. Find the Maximum displacement produced when a mass of 0.6kg was dropped into the attached scale pan from a height of 10cm? |

I can see you used hooke's law here in your solution. The question is more of simple harmonic motion (spiral spring). The right answer to the question is 15.03m of which I did not get that value also. Anyway, thanks for your effort. I appreciate it! Did u study physics? |
