The ul.cfg file depends on the games on your sdcard,Google "usbutil " and how to create ul.cfg file for your games |

It might not work bcus pes2016 for ps2 is a modded version of either 2013 or 14 so the region code/game id might be different so if you collect someone else ul.cfg it might not work |
