I bought Coolpad Y75 phone last month and I discovered this morning that it's not accepting some downloads, so I chose to restore to factory setting thinking it would take me back to when I got it. But unfortunately, I discovered everything on the phone suddenly turned chinese even the names of all apps on it. How do I resolve this pls? |
