XXXL4real: The first step is to think of a name you wish the business to bear, next since it is an enterprise you may not need a lawyer to do this for you. If you still get a lawyer too. Or you can aproach the nearest CAC office in your state to pickup the Name Availability search form, fill it and submit, and ask them when you can come back to check if the name is approved 1 Like |
