Yesterday morning i wanted to transfer money to one of my online business partner. But unfortunately none of the four banks i bank with transfer the money using mobile banking and ussd code.

I decided to use quickteller as the only alternative. The money was transfered but my account holder didn't sent me text. So i checked my mail box and mobile banking app only to see that they have debited.

I called the recipient on phone to asked him whether he has gotten alert but he told me he haven't receive any payment.
Am worried about the whole drama. Cus i thought he was playing game on me. I quickly checked my statement of account for the month only to see that the amount debited from me haven't reflect on my statement of account till now. I checked my email again and see that the money i sent was tag as pending debt.


Am totally confused about all this scenery.
FCMB and quickteller why did you want me to loose this hard earned money is this era of recession?

Please is the issue from my bank or quick teller?

Tell me the next step to take to get my money back.

Inform your bank so they'll contact quickteller. They'll either reverse the money to your account or forward it to the recipient.
Don't worry your money is safe. Its probably network issues.

Thank jah i screenshot all the whole error dialog (transactions) . So that those yeye customer care won't bring logic when i approach them.
