The next character is Jimmy Robert - an African American who graduated from the prestigious Harvard business school. He was young and handsome, easily liked by women. Jimmy was one man that enjoyed the company of women and the future looked bright in all aspects for him. But just a day encounter with Andy Todd changed all that he ever believed in. The coming together of these two men showed a classic example of who mastered himself and who did not. They had not known each other or met before except that afternoon in the subway. How then was mr. Todd able to change his views and believes all in one day encounter? The answer must lie in who these two men were. Don't you think so?
Andy Todd wanted Jimmy Robert to conform to his way of life and view life from his angle. Though Jimmy offered initial resistance but he gave in even though he knew it was not based upon justice and fairness toward others. He also knew it would mean betraying his love ones. And yet he could not resist. Why? Why did his resistance wear off? Maybe Jimmy Robert was not sure of what he had believed in all this while. You need to know what you want out of life, have a concrete plan and how to execute your plans to achieve what you want. And you also need to constantly review your stance on your plans and how to execute them. Or else people, situations will push you around. They will detect the direction while you follow. This is what happen when you do not master yourself. It will be extremely difficult for a man who has mastered himself to be pushed around by people or situations. How true is that statement? Keep in touch for the continuation. Bye!
