I am using windows 8.1 but I mistakenly deleted some window files in C drive and my device refuse to boot up since then.

Pls Note:
I would have formatted it using window installation disc but the device don't have disk drive. It is Aoson R83C tablet PC preinstalled with windows 8.1.

So what I need now is a copy of this window files (all the smaller folders that are less than 10mb on the C drive)

If anyone knows how to enter its BIOS will also help.

How about reinstalling the OS using a USB stick?

Reinstall with usb boot device or go n get external CDrom and use ur cd with it.

Just dont like that window 8.

Its true but the important aspect is knowing how to enter BIOS so that the device can boot from USB

Yes of course

if it's a HP system, insert the USB stick, power on the system and click on any of this and make sure you read what display on the screen.either Esc, F9, F12, .you will see some internal device option either hdd internal device,CD /DVD device, USB device e.t.c. Just click on USB and u are good 2go.
