use TAOBAO or 1688 they are 90% price slash lower than aliexpres.... you may need to use google to translate the page... BUT its worth it. I import from there and it works.

Yes Aliexpress can ship to any state apart from Lagos, this is not my first time or 3rd times self from buying from Aliexpress the site is really good and secure and your money is 100% refund if the product is not what you ask for or the product is fake, the shipping is very cheap i brought my phones and its was ship to me withing 2weeks...

but you can only spend 100$ in a month base on CBN rules

You don't need third party to get your phone at all. P.m. me so I give you a very simple and secure way to get your phone it may take few weeks though. Shopping online is a hobby for me,I prefer that because it's convenient and you will get quality products.

Just use nearest post office close to you if you 're shopping outside Naija.

Asides the post office, aren't there other means by which u can receive a consignment when u shop outside naija.

And, do u need to open a box at the post office b4 u can receive parcels from them(post office).

It depends on the kind of consignment,there are other means but they 're expensive. And you don't need to open a box,they 're in collabo with one of the biggest courier company in the world to deliver to your doorstep.
