I need an app for YouTube download apart from Tubemate. I have been using UC browser video download but it has stopped working. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Just copy the link of your YouTube video to savido.net or savefrom.net or delete the http:/// and type SS in your YouTube video link to download YouTube videos. The sites will show you a list of video qualities associated with the vide and the size. Then you can pick and download.
