Hi people, my name is oyinghan felix, I am a graduate of petroleum engineering from the university of Benin, I am in my late 20s, married to a beautiful & industrious woman with a lovely daughter. We started a food, spice, cakes & pastries startup in Q4 2016 which to the glory of God has been very successful.
We have a great business idea at the moment which demands more owners, finance, coporate attention and skills. Its a business that finds its market specifically more dominant in the Niger delta region (Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, Cross river, Akwa Ibom, Imo, etc).
Would-Be-Cofounder:
1. An entrepreneurial spirited person; be ready to invest in the business as co-founder, and also employed as a full time/part-time worker (negotiable with reasons) with an agreed monthly salary.
2. A person with Positve thinking, positive believing, positive actions. Be ready to abide by our human relations philosophy : "Don't Criticize, Don't Condemn, Don't Complain"-encourage, support, appreciate & love.
3. A person with a Can-Do mentality; never give up no matter the storm, getting things done by not succumbing to discouragement.
4. A person with integrity and ready to trust in the team and in the business.

Others: Between 18-35 years of age, must be God-fearing (Christian/Muslim), minimum OND qualification, Smart & innovative, hardworking, sociable & fun-loving, have good networking skills.
