Few Questions For All Pro-nigerian And Pro-biafran Igbos. by HiddenShadow: 6:15pm On Feb 27, 2017
Pls answer these few questions

1) What year was an international airport both for passengers and cargoes established in SE.?

2) What year do you think an inland port capable of anchoring ships will be constructed in Igboland.?

3) What percentage of our natural resources do we have control over.?

4) All imported goods we use, are imported through Lagos despite our access to the sea. Is there a relationship between this and the high cost of imported goods in the East due to transport cost, police road blocks, bad roads etc?

5) Our states in Nigeria can't dredge River Niger, is it because

A) It is not legal for them under Nigerian laws or

B) They don't have the money due to absence of resource control or

C) They don't have the will or

D) What

A people who can't build their own international airports and seaports and have to import through Lagos, how do you expect the East to achieve economic development.

A people who don't have absolute control over their resources and lives, how do you expect them to

1) build economic infrastructures that will get them out of poverty.?

2) establish security structures that will protect their lives and properties from Fulani herdsmen, armed robbers, kidnappers etc in order to ensure social economic development.?

Until all Pro Nigerian Igbos answer these questions, their stand against Biafra will remain futile and absolutely defeated in a UN supervised Referendum.

Is not about insulting Nnamdi Kanu and his method but answering these questions in reality

The Igboman wants to prosper like the Japanese , Germans, Yankees, Swiss etc.

Igboman thinks progressively and yearns for prosperity

I plea with all Igbos no matter your side of the divide to spread this message to all nations of the world including those nations within Nigeria that despises our people

Let the Germans, British, Russians, Ghanaians, Brazilians etc know why we complain and want out

If Nigeria can not restructure to achieve our dream, then we say aurevior to Nigerians.

i am a nigerian but i am not against biafra sceding away. My problem is the methods of their struggles.

The questions you need to ask, is what are your state governors and leaders doing? What are your so called memebers of the national and state assemblies doing? Where do the loyalty of Your billionaires lies?

The problem with any problem, is that both the problem and the solution are two sides of the same coin. Put your house in order

Nigeria is holding Igbos back. When I remember that Gambia is just 2 million people and an independent country, I wonder what Igbos are doing inside Nigeria

Not igbo but the questions are interesting so I'll answer.

Pls answer these few questions

1) What year was an international airport both for passengers and cargoes established in SE.?

2010 Enugu airportt. Currently for passengers but when it grows cargo comes next naturally.

HiddenShadow:

2) What year do you think an inland port capable of anchoring ships will be constructed in Igboland.?

Same year Nigeria start caring more about infastrure in general. Over 90% of freight transport happen on roads. Water transport being tiny fraction. Rail being least.

HiddenShadow:

3) What percentage of our natural resources do we have control over.?

Dont know add up gdp of 5 SE states then divide by total gdp. Figuring out Igbo in general harder you would need NBS to do that.

HiddenShadow:

4) All imported goods we use, are imported through Lagos despite our access to the sea. Is there a relationship between this and the high cost of imported goods in the East due to transport cost, police road blocks, bad roads etc?

It's probably many factor like market size, safety and clearing times, transportation cost. . The industry not that competive outside of Lagos so other state simply need to step up to plate. Situation should be studied by Federal government.

HiddenShadow:

5) Our states in Nigeria can't dredge River Niger, is it because?

A) It is not legal for them under Nigerian laws or

B) They don't have the money due to absence of resource control or

C) They don't have the will or

D) What

I would say will. Who exactly going to stop you. Akwa Ibom as example in these cases since it doesn't have port. It's been stare since 1987 but never stepped up to build port or airport despite having population in millions, access to sea and funds.

Second choice would be (B).

HiddenShadow:

A people who don't have absolute control over their resources and lives, how do you expect them to

1) build economic infrastructures that will get them out of poverty.?

Taxes and borrowing for infastrure. Economic freedom and free market to get people out of poverty. These states have plenty of entrepreneurs and resources to do something. Good intellectual base is jamb is anything to go by.

HiddenShadow:

2) establish security structures that will protect their lives and properties from Fulani herdsmen, armed robbers, kidnappers etc in order to ensure social economic development.?

Buy a gun and protect your property. Have police officers patrol street instead of collecting bribed on road side. Then lastly have courts to ensure order instead of mob violence.

HiddenShadow:

Until all Pro Nigerian Igbos answer these questions, their stand against Biafra will remain futile and absolutely defeated in a UN supervised Referendum.

These are important question getting economic foundation in order. These sort of questions and concerns scared Scotland from leaving UK.

2010 Enugu airportt. Currently for passengers but when it grows cargo comes next naturally.

1960- 2010= 50years for a major tribe

Clap for yourself

Thank God you acknowledge Nigeria has no infrastructural plan for the East especially Inland river port

Dont know add up gdp of 5 SE states then divide by total gdp. Figuring out Igbo in general harder you would need NBS to do that.

It still doesn't address the issue of the benefits we will derive if we have absolute control over our resources

It's probably many factor like market size, safety and clearing times, transportation cost. . The industry not that competive outside of Lagos so other state simply need to step up to plate. Situation should be studied by Federal government.

You are very funny. What's the relationship between market size and construction of an inland river port

I would say will. Who exactly going to stop you. Akwa Ibom as example in these cases since it doesn't have port. It's been stare since 1987 but never stepped up to build port or airport despite having population in millions, access to sea and funds.

Tax who and who in the East. Is it the unemployed youths or struggling businesses
Pls tell me who

Conduct the referendum first before you predict the outcome

Conduct the referendum first before you predict the outcome

Agreed I answer questions. I don't know if referendum would be successful either. I actually made a post about it from a different perspective a few days ago. People predict chances before holding vote why do u think opinion polling exist.

HiddenShadow:

1960- 2010= 50years for a major tribe

Clap for yourself

Why the clap for yourself comment? Are u attempting humor.

Look at all the states with no international airports.

8 states have international airports. Only 17 states have airports. No big deal in Grand scheme. I'm still waiting for akwa ibom to make international airport. I dislike connecting flights.

HiddenShadow:
Thank God you acknowledge Nigeria has no infrastructural plan for the East especially Inland river port

Nigeria has no plan in general for inland rivers. The point of comment shows the entire infastrure bad in general. That's why rail is next to nothing.

HiddenShadow:
It still doesn't address the issue of the benefits we will derive if we have absolute control over our resources

Phase your questions better next time. The potential economic value of the resources varries calculated how many tons are in ground and the industries that could potentially benefit. Again pretyy difficult to quantify potential.

HiddenShadow:
You are very funny. What's the relationship between market size and construction of an inland river port

The relationship is weather it makes economic sense to do so or not. Would it be better to spend tax dollars on inland port or better roads or rail. Would the port drive economic growth better than the latter.

Second your questions was about cost being less in Lagos. The market size is important due to economies of scale.

How do you expect the East to dredge an inland river port when we don't control our resources that will enable us to raise money for the project

If you wait for perfect time nothing gets done. I'm pretty sure there's enough money to start. If not the Representatives in east should put it in the budget.

HiddenShadow:
Tax who and who in the East. Is it the unemployed youths or struggling businesses
Pls tell me who

I was thinking the starving man begging on street but unemployed youth sound better because we already tax them so heavily.

Anambra seems very vibrant so does some of the other states. Collect small tax and fund rest with borrowing. If Kano raised IGR 3 fold with improved tax collection I'm sure the eastern states can get some decent results.

HiddenShadow:
Which interior village in Akwa Ibom were you when the people of Agwu in Enugu were arrested by the army for defending themselves against Fulani herdsmen

Better judged by 12 than carried by 6. People can argue right to defend themselves in court if arrested. Most if this herdsmen madness is due to fact rule of law isn't carried out. The Ekiti governor seems to have tough on crime policy.

I don't think I was at my village at time I heard about story. Must of been in my apartment in Texas.
