Your vagina is self-cleansing. It does not need your help to clean itself. The vagina contains an healthy balance of good and bad microbes that keep it free from infections. When you use these anti-septic/anti-bacterial soaps and products on it, you kill the good bacteria, like lactobacillus, and predispose yourself to infections. All you need to wash your vagina with, is CLEAN WATER.
That said, after using the loo and you want to clean up, clean from front to back not the other way round. When you clean from back to front, you risk picking up microbes from your anus and introducing them into your vagina. For the same reason, for those that do anal sex, please its not advisable for the same reason also.
Air your vagina from time to time. Your vagina needs to breathe too. So feel free to go naked around your house. Sleep nude at night.
Avoid very tight pants and underwears. They cause your vagina to sweat and the resultant moisture promotes growth of bad vaginal bacteria, making you more susceptible to infections. Wear 100% cotton pants. Cotton pants allow a free flow of air through them and they don't trap moisture. This help to keep your vagina infection-free. Avoid excess pubic hair.
Be careful with antibiotics. Indiscrimate/improper use of antibiotics will disrupt your healthy vaginal flora and PH, and predispose you to vaginal infections.
Finally, it is worthy to note that the vagina has a normal discharge, which cleans and moistens it, as well as help it prevent and fight infections. Normal vaginal discharge is clear, whitish and does not smell foul. It may be exaggerated during ovulation, pregnancy and breastfeeding."
MY SUBMISSION: Ladies should henceforth halt this attitude of washing their vagina with anything. Some go the extra mile of inserting a whole Tetmosol Soap inside their vagina with the mindset that it would kill all the bacteria therein. You are killing yourself by so doing. God created us so uniquely that the vagina cleanses itself and doesn't need your help. Some also use salt and some boil hot water, put in a bowel and sit on it to kill "WHAT I DON'T KNOW IN THEIR VAGINA". You end up exposing yourself to danger. There are micro-organisms in the vagina that helps it maintain neatness. Those micro-organisms help to maintain the alkalinity of the vagina needed for conception. They help to move the sperm faster to the uterus. When you kill the micro-organisms by washing with soap, salt or sitting on hot water, you end up not getting pregnant.
Any external cleanser excluding ordinary water to clean vagina is bad. Even sef too much water is not good. You just need to wipe the surface of your Vagina a little with water during bath or after urinating not necessarily washing it.
Finally, never you as a lady sit on any public toilet seat no matter how neat it appears. That's the remote cause of infectious diseases.
THIS IS AN ADVICE PEOPLE PAY FOR BUT AM OFFERING IT FREE HERE. DON'T SAY I DID'T TELL YOU.
Not when problems like infertility, Candidaisis occur, you accuse your partner of infecting you.
