I love your Site it's simple and beautiful.
but...

too much divisions I don't seen to get the concept, visitors aren't patient... they should be able to grab the concept in a glance

As the name implies, forumversity.com is intended to be a comprehensive site (forum) for the university community.

And you are right, I guess I have to hide some of the sections till the website has enough traffic to warrant their addition.
