Reoccurring Tonsillitis is not a normal thing

Tonsils are the two lymph nodes located on each side of the back of your throat. They function as a defense mechanism. They help prevent your body from infection. When the tonsils become infected, the condition is called tonsillitis.

Tonsillitis is an inflammation of the tonsils, either caused by bacteria or viral infections. in the case of bacterial, antibiotics are needed. if viral, viral infections run their course so you'd only need to manage symptoms. If the inflammation is severe, then that's when surgery is required and its a minor one. Recurring tonsilitis is a problem. like the guys said.. if it's recurring then surgery is needed.

I hope so.i've been to a couple of GH to see the ENT but they disapproved to the surgery since the tonsils are not so enlarged but cryptic, i'm gonna try a private clinic
