The dog really does look healthy. Most people see mongrels and just assume they are not "pets". At the end of the day they are just dogs like all the others.
Am happy we Nigerians are more open to having pets. The benefits are actually very worth. There's this great website for taking care of dogs in Nigeria you guys should check out http://www.kennelpride.com . They offer everything, studding, grooming, training, you name it.
I think the pet loving culture is catching on fast.
