Nothing can be further from the truth to say Junaid is just pained, a sore loser or even a wailer. He made some points, statement and revelation which is politically suicidal for a Northern politician. Nay this interview and the gall truth laced with vinegar is capable of keeping him in Northern political wilderness for the rest of his life. Buhari has no choice than to address the country live, the way I look at it and completely relinquish power to Osinbanjo, who will have to complete his term or their joint ticket. This action will negate the stereotypical image of him wanting and holding power at all cost and who knows, may just cement a place for him in the annals of our history as the only president to have done so willingly. Surely he will be a textbook case review for political student and praised for his courage and foresight. |
