So what makes you to be already in a place when you are still on your way going there? You are no there yet. So at 26, 27, 28, 29. Everyone of them is going to 30 and you can say its about 30 in as much as it's closer to 30 than 20. It's going to 30 doesn't meant it's 30 already. It simply means it's close to it.
