What is all these nonsense with public lectures? It is even more irritating naming it after a person who never gave a public seminar in their lifetime.

Public lecture is an opportunity to raise awareness and engage for new inputs into ideas and social upliftment. It is typically based on sound doctrines which promote new ideas of social evolution and sustainability.

What doctrine did Ocholi stand for and how did he move his society forward using the elements of that doctrine?

We just waste people time and money for nothing in this country.

Power we no get, water we no get, medical emergency services we no get, all infrastructures that can make difference between life and death we lack them...but we hold lecture and blow english everyday.

Sorry to the people of Benue and all those who hold Mr James Ocholi in high regard, my comment is general. We have the same bs in my own Yoruba ethnic,people worshipping office and not serving. This occassion just happens to be the soundboard to vent the frustration with our politicians and their ineffectiveness and wastages.
