I just want to find out from any informed Nairalander about the specific Private Estates affected by the recent forced land acquisition of lands at the Papalanto-Ofada-Owode Road Axis by the Ogun State Govt. We need to know which specific areas are affected for the benefit of those that have landed property investment in that axis.

The Private Estate Developers are now avoiding the subscribers like mosquito dey avoid baygon. Wetin go happen to the money paid to these developers? This don become another wonder bank story.

Let me add my two cents. There is a recap of an aritcle on Castles weekly's web site on the issue. But as ususal Ogun state has not published the names of Estate affected. It is wise to perofrm due diligence whenpurchasing in this area.
