Vacancies exist in the Finance & Accounts, Retail Department and Sales Department of an indigenous downstream oil & gas company situated at Lekki Phase 1, Egbeda, Ikorodu and Abuja areas of the Country. Suitably qualified candidates are hereby invited to submit their applications for the below listed vacant roles.

1. Finance and Accounts Executive (1) - The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping proper accounting records on all financial activities of Zone 4 Energy Limited and advising the management of the company on strategic initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, productivity and value to all stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be ICAN or ACA certified or immediately have it in view, should have at least 4 years relevant post NYSC experience preferable in the oil & gas/servicing/telecoms/banking sector. Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply as well as candidates who reside close to the island.

2. Station Accountants (4) - The station accounts would have the sole responsibility of reporting all transactions at the retail/filling station level to the Finance team with an acute ability to capture data and sales figures on Microsoft excel. reconcile stock and sales figures, handle petty cash records, submit accurate financial reports to the head amongst other finance and accounting roles. Candidates in these categories must live within and around Egbeda, Ikorodu, Akpo in Abuja and Lekki axis as proximity to work location is important. A minimum academic requirement of OND in Accounting is required while relevant experience in retail sales of AGO, PMS and DPK is a must for this role.

3. Retail Sales Executive - The retail executive will have and carry out the following core responsibilities.He will also develop and execute plans to meet set volume and margin targets for the zone covered regarding the company's products and services.
- Initiate business plans and effectively allocate targets.
- Seek to develop new retail channel business.
- Effectively manage each customer account.
- Monitor competitors activities as well as supply market intelligence report to the ABM.
- Serve as the liaison officer of the company in his/her zone in terms of relationship management of government agencies;regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the transformation of retail outlet attendants to lubricant sales experts by optimal management of lube stock in service/ filling stations, merchandising, forecourt sales and enhanced outlet monitoring.
- Ensuring thorough housekeeping in each retail outlet.
- Ensuring detailed record keeping in each retail outlet as well as proper filing of invoices and receipts.
