It's a man world! That's what we hear. The rate at which a man and a woman are caught pant down, and the man is applauded and the woman is condemned is alarming cry. If you must condemn, condemn all. Cheating should not be made a gender thing. If a man can cheat in a relationship(whether dating or marriage), a woman caught cheating in such relationship shouldn't be criticized. Enough of this Africa mentality of " A man can't be faithful to one woman, or eating one soup is boring", hence the need to eat multiple soup. There are still some men out there who are committed to one woman, not because they are weaklings or don't see more attractive women....
Why should I do the same work with my male colleague and end up being paid less, because I am a woman? My gender shouldn't determine my salary, but rather my efficiency.
I am of the opinion that men should be respected and women should be respected too. Our husbands should be cherished, and well taken care of, and same applies to our wives too...I crave for a society where there is reciprocated gender respect.....Feel free to drop your thoughts

You see how selfish & biased your opinions are...

The war against boko haram has been on for sometime now, how many times have u seen women fighting in the battle field? Why didn't u point it out? undecided

If u are a christian, of which i am sure u are not, how many women had more than one husband in the bible? can u say same for men?

Some element of truth in the first part. Whether them hail the man and shame the women_ both gender still run things, low key grin.

Which organization pays women differently?
Most corporate organisations have a laid down career path and salary plan_ which isn't gender defined. You could be hermaphrodite, just get the job done.

Tell us the company or companies for a start, let's start from there.

Women these days get promoted faster than guys. All they do is just smile at the boss or just hug him and their promotion is secure.

If your boyfriend cheated on you, you have a right to leave him. Read the Nigerian constitution, it is there. Nothing is stopping you. The only reason why you will stick with him is if he spends heavily on you. But that is your own choice.

Finally if you so much hate the world we leave in, planet Mars is an option. You can survive there and create your own world in your dreams.

There's no organization I can think of that plays less depending on gender, traditionally few women don't like taking higher roles because it affects their family time. In my organization you will find a lot of women who take up more complex roles and they are paid heavily for it. If you can't name the industry or organization that discriminates based on gender then how can we confirm this. What I find is that *some* women tend to go with roles that doesn't require much effort or they tend not to put in as much work as the men/ hardworking women. Feminazi always claim gender pay gap but fail to explain career choices and comfort chose by the said women. Take a complex role and get paid heavily that's just how it is.

Meanwhile men get 3 days of paternity leave, just to see the kid we are working hard for and to come back so we can slave ourselves knowing an extra mouth to feed is at home.

In my next life I should come as an hermaphrodite so I can get the best of both world grin

Instead of just repeating all the things you've heard and read, why not take a moment to reflect and be sure about the points you wish to make.

To avoid stories that touch, women should rise up and help each other(the female species) and careless about the male species to get the change we want. The male species don care about us, so why should we care about them. We should treat ourselves as first class citizen while we treat the men as 2nd class citizen. The men are not worth it and don't deserve our respect. angry grin

It's tit for tat ladies! Ladies please don't be a fool to men kiss
