I had to check it on Google myself & it seems legit by the looks of it. As a South African, I have no qualms about the ban of some of the countries, especially Zimbabwe. I just wish he added Somalia on that list. Anyway, that's how it goes. Our house, our rules.

Zarzar would you agree with me that labour force from those countries sharing borders with S A are the back bone of companies that majors in constructions, manufacturing, farming, Security industries, environmental sanitation e.g pickit up, buildings e.t.c

when employs 100% South Africans in the aforementioned establishments guess what happens,

as soon they receive salaries at the end of the month they down tools only to come back after one week with doctors sick letters which was obviously falsely obtained and the circle continues...you there not fire them
cuz of labour laws

these are major reasons those companies opt for none indigence
.
I'm here to be corrected if you have superior argument.

Can these hypocritical liberal globalists now shift their attention from Trump?
This is far more racist, nationalistic and xenophobic than The Donald's policy, which was to curb Islamic terrorism.

Zuma and his ungrateful compatriots continue to make a mockery of African solidarity. Charity begins at home!

[s]Yeah, blame Trump and not Islam for preaching hate and filling the world with terrorists.

Typical mainstream liberal turd[/s].

Scared of Nigeria impounding over fifty billion dollars of South African investments in Nigeria.
You Guys are tired of seeing Nigerians in SA? We are also fed up with the overbearing presence of South African companies taking advantage of our tax breaks and Africa being the centrepiece of our foreign relations.
They come here with brief cases, borrow money from our banks at concessionary rates, without any form of collaterals .
Sooner or later ,they start shipping out billions of dollars as profits.
Please send back Nigerians in South Africa.
You guys have more than enough here to be seized for their rehabilitation when they come back.
Corporate criminals, Corrupt executives, Tax dodgers. Useless Azania people.

I think I like you. You come across rational & reasonable enough to have a civil conversation with. Ok, for starters, I don't think Zuma is implying that he will deport anyone from those countries that is already in SA, so the ones that are working here can go on with business as usual. Don't believe the new law affects them & their wellbeing, they are after all our neighbours. 2ndly, your first paragraph is incorrect. Most migrant workers (from the aforementioned countries) in SA are not registered, therefore, the labour laws do not apply to them, Usually you'll find them in the informal sector as street vendors, domestic workers, waiting tables, farm hands, etc. Most of the jobs you mentioned are done by South Africans eg. waste management etc. Also construction work when it's on a bigger scale, done by reputable companies or by the municipality-all workforce is 100% South African. Individuals & other small companies tend to hire foreign workers because they do not want to abide the labour laws & pay people reasonable salaries as required by law. Foreigners do not belong to any labour unions, thus they do not complain about salaries, work conditions, working hours etc, which is exactly why certain individuals exploit them. On the other hand, South African workers belong to unions, they know their rights, will complain or strike whenever they feel they're not being paid what is due for service rendered. It's that simple. Certain companies prefer not to deal with the stress & opt for cheap labour. Doesn't make them "the backbone" or a favourite brand, they're just an alternative...a cheaper brand so to speak.
