Job Overview:

The Administrative Supervisor would oversee the daily operation and perform clerical and administrative support tasks for the organization. Also, the Administrative Supervisor would establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency, effectiveness of assigned operations and would ensure compliance with established standards and reviewing and evaluating the work and performance of subordinates.

Job Responsibilities:
•The Administrative Supervisor would maintain a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
•Communication of job expectations; planning, monitoring, counseling, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
•Would identify needs; evaluate options; maintain equipments and approve invoices..
•Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
•Improves program and service quality by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users.
•Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
•Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; benchmarking professional standards and reviewing professional publications.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
