The initial stage where applicants register through the internet for random selection where you don't need to know anybody or have. Connections before a condidate is successfully selected has been truncated as politicians have the printed forms @ their disposals and share it to family and friends.

please get your facts right before posting , this might be a form by cafe operator to fill during the registration and besides the second batch has not been released you are now saying what u don't know.

on a more serious note OP might b wrong but there is verifiable fact that there are ghost Npower candidates in d scheme especially in the north

why do people like spreading false information
1.) npower is currently not registering anybody so how will politicians hijack the process

2) there are still about 300, 000 already registered volunteers who are yet to be selected, so even if they want to choose new set they already have a pool of preselected volunteers

3.) the picture u posted was used last year by some cyber cafes and some state governments to capture peoples data. the registration is online where everybody have access to register so ur logic of hijack does not hold at all

Just like the way corper do registration but return to their state as ghost; they register but they don't report to duty post.

I guess the form was for areas without access to internet. so they could fill manually.
